Drop downs will be permitted in all races prior to check-in. No refunds will be issued for dropping down. Unless otherwise stated, you may not drop down once the race has started.

All runners have a primary duty to uphold the standards of sportsmanship on and off the course, and in their interactions with other participants and race officials. All attempts will be made to give a prior warning of a serious infraction, but the Race Directors reserve the right in the most serious cases to immediately disqualify participants for flagrant violations of codes of sportsmanship or good stewardship of the course.

Gun time policy: all place and age group awards will be determined by gun time.

​

Each runner receives the highest possible award; in races with Masters divisions, overall place awards will be distributed before age group awards.

​

It is our policy not to announce DNS entrants, with the exception of elite or noteworthy runners in cases of press inquiry. 

​

All Nor'east Trail Runs race entries are non-refundable and non-transferable. All events are subject to cancellation without prior notice.
